Iran Launches Largest Missile in Retaliatory Strike on Israel Following US Bombing🚀

Iran Deploys Khorramshahr-4 Missile in Attack on Israel🔥

Escalation Follows US Strikes on Nuclear Sites⚡

Iran has deployed its most powerful missile, the Khorramshahr-4, capable of carrying its heaviest payload, in a series of strikes on Israel. This escalation occurred just hours after US bomber jets hit three Iranian nuclear facilities suspected of advancing Tehran’s nuclear program.

What is the Khorramshahr-4?🚀

Iranian state television broadcast what appeared to be archival footage of the Khorramshahr-4 missile, claiming it was used in the latest attack. This missile reportedly has a range of 2,000 kilometers and can carry a warhead weighing up to 1,500 kilograms. Iran also claims it can carry multiple warheads.

The missile is named after the city of Khorramshahr, which witnessed fierce battles during the Iran-Iraq War in the 1980s. It is also referred to as “Kheibar”, a name linked to a historic Jewish fortress captured in the 7th century in present-day Saudi Arabia.

40 Missiles Launched in Retaliation🔥

After the US strikes, Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) launched at least 40 missiles, including the Khorramshahr-4. Iran says the barrage was direct retaliation for the American attacks on its nuclear facilities.

Civilian Neighborhoods Hit🏘️

At least 11 injuries have been reported so far. A civilian neighborhood in northern Tel Aviv was among the areas hit. A shopping center, a bank, and a beauty salon suffered significant damage, with shattered shop fronts, broken gates, and glass debris littering the streets, according to an NDTV journalist on site.

Stories of Escape and Rescue🚑

One resident said his first-floor home was destroyed in the attack but he narrowly escaped harm as he had gone to visit his mother at the time.

Cleanup and Emergency Response🚧

Security forces and emergency crews have cordoned off the affected streets. Earthmovers and cleanup teams are working to clear debris and restore access to damaged areas.
