Police reports say a mixer truck driven by Prahlad Kumar collided with a car (registration MH 12 RT 5000) at the busy Airoli signal in Navi Mumbai. Eyewitnesses allege that after the collision, two people from the car forced Prahlad into their vehicle and drove away.
