Trump Boasts: I Proudly Destroyed All Iranian Nuclear Facilities🛡️

Trump Claims Credit for Halting Iran-Israel War 🕊️

Washington: US President Donald Trump on Tuesday (local time) expressed satisfaction at having halted what he described as “THE WAR” between Iran and Israel, declaring it his “great honour” to have eliminated Iran’s nuclear facilities before brokering a ceasefire between the two countries.

In a statement posted on Truth Social, Trump claimed both Israel and Iran were equally eager to end the hostilities.

“Both Israel and Iran wanted to stop the War, equally! It was my great honour to destroy all nuclear facilities & capability, and then, STOP THE WAR,” he wrote.

Escalation and Operations🔥

The ceasefire announcement followed a dramatic escalation in the region. On June 13, Israel launched coordinated strikes on Iranian nuclear and military sites under “Operation Rising Lion.” 🇮🇱

Iran retaliated with missile and drone attacks on Israeli infrastructure, dubbed “Operation True Promise 3.” 🇮🇷

Amid the escalating confrontation, the United States intervened with precision strikes targeting three of Iran’s key nuclear facilities — Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan. In response, Iran launched attacks on US military bases in Qatar and within its own territory.

Ceasefire and Violations🤝

Following these events, Trump announced that a ceasefire had been reached between the two warring nations. However, shortly after the announcement, the Israeli Air Force carried out a limited strike on an Iranian radar installation north of Tehran. Iran retaliated by firing two ballistic missiles at Israel, according to The Times of Israel.

Trump condemned both sides for breaching the ceasefire, saying Israel and Iran had been fighting “so long and so hard that they don’t know what the f*** they’re doing.”

Diplomatic Communication📞

Subsequently, the Israeli Prime Minister’s Office released a statement confirming that, after a call between President Trump and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Israel agreed to refrain from further military action against Iran.

US-Israel Security Cooperation🛡️

Israel’s Defence Minister, Israel Katz, posted on X (formerly Twitter) thanking the US President and Secretary of Defence Pete Hegseth for their cooperation and support in confronting Iran’s nuclear threat.

“I spoke moments ago with US Secretary of Defence Pete Hegseth. I thanked him for President Donald Trump’s bold decision to act alongside Israel against the Iranian nuclear threat. The Secretary praised Israel and the IDF for the historic achievements made. I emphasised that Israel will respect the ceasefire — as long as the other side does. We agreed to deepen US-Israel security cooperation.”

Regional Tensions Remain🌍

The recent flare-up marked one of the most intense military confrontations between Iran and Israel in recent years, underscoring the region’s fragile security landscape despite the ceasefire now in place.
