According to Shah, the government's efforts have led to peace in Jammu & Kashmir and the Northeast, and have pushed Naxalism to the brink. He highlighted India's robust responses to terrorism, such as the recent Operation Sindoor, launched after the April 22 Pahalgam attack that claimed 26 lives.

Shah said "Modi 3.0" represents a new India marching towards development and self-reliance. He reaffirmed the government's commitment to making India number one in every field by positively impacting citizens' lives.

Highlighting achievements in economy, social justice, cultural pride, and national security, Shah stated that India has entered a new era. An e-book released by the government details sector-wise milestones and progress since 2014.

Terrorism and Violence: A Significant Decline📉

  • Terror incidents in J&K dropped from 7,217 (2004–14) to 2,242 (2014–24).🔻
  • Terror-related deaths fell by 68%, from 2,829 to 920.💀
  • Maoist attacks fell from 16,463 to 7,744 – a 53% drop.🔻
  • Deaths of security forces decreased from 1,851 to 509.🛡️
  • Civilian deaths due to Maoist violence dropped by 70%.👥
  • Districts affected by Left-Wing Extremism fell from 25 in 2021 to just 6 in 2024.📍

Northeast Peace Process🌄

In the Northeast, violent incidents saw a 70% reduction, falling from 11,327 (2004–14) to 3,493 (2014–24). Civilian casualties decreased from 2,651 to 397, and security personnel deaths fell from 456 to 135.

The Modi government has set a deadline of March 31, 2026 to eliminate Left-Wing Extremism completely. The journey of transformation, according to Shah, will continue with the same spirit of service and dedication.
